1. Is it legal to order prescription pharmaceuticals over the Internet?

Yes, in most cases it is legal when it is for personal use only. However to be sure you must first check your country's Importation Laws. In the United States the FDA has given guidelines for the personal importation of pharmaceutical products, on a doctor's prescription being for personal use only and no more than a 3 months supply.

2. What forms of payments do you accept? 

We use AlertPay to process multiple forms of payment including credit cards and bank transfer.  Signup for an account and send us your order total.

3. How long does it take until I receive my product(s)?

Generally it takes 5-7 working days for delivery on average.  Orders placed before 3pm EST will be processed the same day!

4. What countries do you ship to?

Our pharmacies currently ship only to USA / UK / Canada / Australia / Ireland.  Contact us if you do not see your country listed.

5. Why do my tablets sometimes look different?

Different companies produce medicines, which may vary in appearance and/or taste, but contain the same active ingredient. All are equally effective. Our products

The years in which a patent can be protected varies between countries meaning a medication can be reproduced in a multiple variations. Always ask a local pharmacist if you are concerned.

6. Where are you and the suppliers located?

We are an independent company not affiliated with the multiple pharmacies actually shipping your products.  We are a business entity located in Panama with a worldwide network of suppliers in various locations.  We always match the closest location per suppliers which allow buyers more efficient delivery.

7. What are your operation hours, in case I have a question?

Please feel free to contact us Monday thru Saturday 7am to 7pm EST.  Customer Service email is returned promptly between these hours  but allow longer time outside this range. 

8.  Do you offer samples of your products?

Each supplier has agreed to allow for you to purchase a minimum of 10 units per product to sample.   We have many sample seekers who never returned to the site requiring us to act this way.
